Part 2 - The Rock The radio-man takes aim. Testosterone surges, adrenalin pumps - he hoists his heavy hammer and grimaces in rage at the tyrannical geological anachronism. "Why do you wish me harm?" the rock asks the radio-man. The radio-man does not answer with words. He answers with action. He strikes! The twang and thud of the 10-pound hammer is the slow sound of "the rock's" final days. It screams in terror and pain as splinters and shards spray about the landscape. It will not survive this assault. It will not survive the iron will of the radio-man. |
